Executive Management
James J. Yep
President and Chief Executive Officer
James is a graduate of Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management. While there he also served as President of the Student Chapter for the Society for Human Resource Managers. He worked for several years in Human Resource Management in an industrial setting, before joining TRIUNE Health Group in 1998. James started at the ground level in the Vocational Department as a Job Placement Expert. From there he took over as Office Manager as well as head of IT. James led a technology team in the development and implementation of TRIUNE Health Group’s proprietary Case Management and Business Software program known as Life Touch. James was promoted to Manager of the Medical Department, as his extensive years of experience building teams of people positioned him to help our Case Managers become the medical leaders in the industry. For the last several years, James has held the title of Chief Operating Officer, where he managed all matters of operations, service and customer relations. In 2019, with the blessing of his parents, James took over TRIUNE as President and CEO where he continues to build on his parents legacy with his brother David Yep.
In his free time, you might catch him cheering at his kids’ school events, flipping pancakes on Saturday mornings or watching a good movie with his wife of over 20 years. James is an active parish volunteer as a member of his church’s finance board.
David F. Yep
Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer
David earned an associate’s degree in classical humanities in Salamanca, Spain, completing his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and liberal arts from Regina Apostolorum in Rome, Italy. Living in Europe for 10 years, he became fluent in Spanish, Italian and German. He completed his education with a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Acton School of Business in Austin, Texas. His determination to gain outside perspective from the family business and healthcare brought him to leadership roles in both the non-profit and manufacturing sectors, always tasked with and successfully executing on company growth strategies. David rejoined TRIUNE with the task of continuing and accelerating their growth trajectory, assuming responsibility for all business development initiatives and the company’s financial success. In 2019, with his parent's blessing, David leads TRIUNE as Vice-President and Chief Revenue Officer.
David spends his off hours competing with his three young children to see whose energy will last longer. In the precious remaining time, his hobbies include rock-climbing, pick-up sports, music and poetry as well or recharging through prayer and reflection in nature.
Amy Middlebrooks
Vice-President of Operations
Amy Middlebrooks joins TRIUNE Health Group as a senior healthcare operations executive and registered nurse with more than 27 years experience in the workers' compensation industry. She brings a proven track record of leading multiple state clinical operations, driving performance excellence, and delivering strategic outcomes across 15 jurisdictions.
Throughout her career, Amy has held key leadership roles including Director of Clinical Case Management, where she led large scale teams, developed field case management training programs, and strengthened operational consistency and quality. Her experience extends beyond clinical leadership, having also served on the employer side as a Health and Safety Manager, overseeing accident investigations and injury management programs; giving her a comprehensive end-to-end perspective on claims and risk.
Amy's background spans field and telephonic case management, as well as leadership at an onsite occupational health clinic operations. This breadth of experience enables her to implement proactive, data driven strategies that improve claim outcomes, reduce costs, and accelerate resolution timelines.
A recognized leader in the industry, Amy is a frequent speaker at workers' compensation conferences including the SEAK National Workers' Compensation Conference where she shares insights on best practices in claims management and clinical operations. She has been featured in Risk & Insurance Magazine for her publication, "Taking Control of Your Claims", and was a finalist for the Risk Innovator Award.
Amy is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) and is Board Certified with a Speciality in Nurse Case Management (CMGT-BC).
In her personal time, Amy leads the prayer team at her local church and values spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Chris Rocks
Vice-President of Business Development
In 2023, Chris joined the TRIUNE Health Group family, where he was drawn to the company’s mission and culture of “People Helping People.” He was excited to be part of a team that was so passionate about positively impacting people’s lives.
He was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago and attended the University of Illinois, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. It was in college that his career in sales got its start – selling advertising for the school’s newspaper.
Before joining TRIUNE Health Group, Chris spent 14 years working for a regional provider of independent medical examinations and a national forensic engineering firm. During this time, he gained extensive experience developing new products and services, expanding into new markets, and forming strategic partnerships to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Chris is married to his high-school sweetheart and has three children and two dogs, whom he loves spending time with. Outside the office, he enjoys running, reading, rewatching “The Office,” and searching for the world’s best cheeseburger.
Management
Eugenia Johnson
Manager of Clinical Operations
Eugenia Johnson joined Triune Health Group in 2026, inspired by the organization’s people-first culture and commitment to its employees. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Williams College and a Master of Science in Nursing with a leadership focus from St. Mary’s College. She is a Certified Case Manager. With more than 42 years of nursing experience, Eugenia brings extensive expertise in clinical operations, case management, utilization review, program development, and leadership. Her background spans Med/Surgical nursing, Intermediate Care Nursery, OR, PACU, and managed care programs. She was instrumental in developing an Early Intervention program for a large Workers’ Compensation carrier, as well as co-developing a UR program to sit atop of a provider bill paying platform.
Eugenia lives outside Lawrence, Kansas with her husband, Jim, and has three adult daughters, a son-in-law and one granddaughter. She enjoys music composition, home improvement projects, tending to their pets (including several chickens) and spending time with her family.
Liz Russell
Manager of Medical Services
Liz Russell joined Triune Health Group in 2022. She has been in the Workers Compensation and Case Management industry for the past 25 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. Her hospital career consisted of working in OB/GYN, and Cardiovascular Units with the majority of her time in Surgery and Recovery. After realizing she wanted to spend more time with her family and at the same time, needed something a little more challenging, she left the hospital scene and entered case management. She obtained her certification as a Certified Case Manager (CCM) in 1997 and in 2006, transitioned from case management into supervision. She has experience in management of field and telephonic case managers, network, program development / implementation and oversight of quality for several large national companies. She has a passion for helping others and being part of a team focused on rebuilding lives. She values trust, integrity, kindness, and being true to one’s self. Being part of a team that shares the same values is very important to her.
Liz and her husband, Todd, live in south Louisiana and have three grown children. She enjoys traveling with her family (especially visiting her son in California), playing with her 4 puppies, riding motorcycles with her husband on beautiful days and volunteer work.
Lori Rowe
Manager of Medical Services
Lori joins TRIUNE Health Group bringing 25 years of experience in the workers compensation case management industry. Lori obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing in 1988 and started her nursing career as a staff nurse on a surgical orthopedic unit. In conjunction with her occupational health, loss prevention and compliance background, Lori has provided field case management services in Wisconsin as well as statutory rehabilitation services as a qualified rehabilitation consultant in the state of Minnesota. Lori secured her certified disability management specialist certification in 2010. Lori has had the privilege to develop and train some of the best nurse case managers as well as qualified rehabilitation consultant interns during her 13-year tenure as a leader with several case management companies. She enjoys teaching, training and presenting about case management. Lori is excited for this growth opportunity and to share her wealth of knowledge and experience in carrying out the mission of TRIUNE Health Group: “People Helping People.”
Wendy Daney
Manager of Medical Services
Wendy is a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a career spanning over three decades. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1994 and dedicated many years to acute care, specializing in ICU and oncology. Her deep commitment to patient advocacy led her to transition into hospice care and high-risk case management, where she provided critical support to individuals and their families navigating complex medical challenges.
Bringing over 15 years of expertise in case management within the insurance and workers’ compensation industries, Wendy joined TRIUNE in 2025 with a wealth of knowledge and a track record of success. She is highly regarded for her ability to develop innovative strategies, foster strong relationships, and deliver measurable results. Her extensive experience includes catastrophic case management, triage, after-hours CAT case management, field case management, and telephonic case management. Wendy is also a credentialed Certified Case Manager.
Originally from Alexandria, Louisiana, Wendy moved to the Dallas area in 2005, where she built a life rooted in family, faith, and service. She is a proud mother of four grown children and a devoted grandmother. Outside of her professional career, she enjoys cooking, reading, exercising, and spending quality time with loved ones. Her dedication to people extends beyond her career, as she actively serves her community through her role as the Member Care Director and lead administrator for her church’s School of Ministry. Wendy’s passion lies in ensuring people feel valued, supported, and connected, making a lasting impact both personally and professionally.
Sharon Coury
Manager of Medical Services
Sharon Coury joined TRIUNE Health Group in 2023. She has been in the Workers Compensation Case management field since 2007. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Villanova University in PA. Prior to work comp, she worked at UT Southwestern Medical School Dallas as a research nurse on a pediatric HIB meningitis/day care risk study which also led to the vaccine’s approval in 1987.
Sharon earned her CCM in 2010, and transitioned from telephonic to field nurse in 2012, then began managing nurses in multiple states including SD, IO, CO, OK, NM, and TX. Sharon values TRIUNE’s company culture, authenticity, integrity, honesty, and transparency, and is excited to focus on expanding Triune’s reach to help more injured workers in the great state of Texas!
Sharon and her husband Gary live near Dallas TX and have 3 adult children and have recently welcomed their first grandchild. She is an avid cyclist, enjoys other forms of exercise like yoga and weight training, and used to be a spin instructor pre-pandemic.
Lianne Kirkham
Manager of Telephonic & Triage Services
Lianne Kirkham joined Triune Health Group in 2021, bringing with her Workers’ Compensation Case Management experience dating back to 2002. Her diverse clinical background includes work in a hospital setting on a general surgical unit, as well as roles in home health, discharge planning, and hospital case management. Additionally, Lianne spent time as the Workers’ Compensation Coordinator for a self-insured five-hospital health system.
She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing in 1987 and became a Certified Case Manager (CCM) in 2002. Since joining Triune, Lianne has served as a telephonic case manager and as Team Leader of Triage Services, where she has played a key role in supporting the program’s rapid growth and expansion.
Inspired by her mother’s career in nursing, Lianne was drawn to the profession at an early age. Triune’s mission of “People Helping People” reflects in the qualities she values most as a nurse: education and problem-solving. She carries this passion into her work at Triune, where she enjoys guiding and supporting injured workers, clients, and fellow case managers.
Lianne lives in Central Illinois and is the proud mother of two children and grandmother to eight grandchildren. She treasures her free time, often spending it with family, tending to her garden, and growing and canning green beans to share with her children and grandchildren.
Kim Buser
Manager of National Network
Kim Buser joined the TRIUNE Health Group family in 2013 as an experienced Nurse Case Manager in the Worker’s Compensation industry. She earned her Associates Degree in Nursing from Illinois Central College in Peoria, IL. Her hospital career consisted of working in Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, Neurology/Medical/Surgical Intensive Care, Emergency Room nursing, and Geriatrics. She exited the clinical setting in 2007 for a more positive work life balance and began her career as a Worker’s Compensation Nurse Case Manager. During her career as a Nurse Case Manager, she earned her certification as a contracted NCM for the Department of Labor in 2010, advanced to a Team Leader position within TRIUNE Health Group and assisted with program management for a large national company. Kim values the TRIUNE Health Group mission of “People Helping People”, teamwork, trust, integrity, transparency, kindness and the desire to thrive.
Kim, and her husband Bill, reside in Central Illinois and have 2 young adult children. She enjoys traveling (especially to her son’s assigned stations as a US Coast Guardsman), hunting and fishing, being outdoors and chasing her three chihuahuas around the yard.
Cinthia Walker
Human Resources Manager
Cinthia Walker joined the TRIUNE Health Group family in 2023 as its Human Resources Manager. She’s a graduate of DePaul University, Chicago where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Human Resources Management. Cinthia has held various roles within HR, with her last role being at a major airline, where she was very involved and focused on employee engagement. Her professional experience includes strategic program management, training, organizational and employee development, and employee relations. Her creativity, high-energy, and progressive and strategic approach allow her to apply HR practices that focus on workforce efficiency. Cinthia is an advocate for people and strives to have a real impact in their daily work experience.
Cinthia is originally from Brazil, where her family continues to reside. She moved to the United States in 2004 in order to improve her English-speaking skills. She immediately fell in love with the city of Chicago and is so happy that today, she can call it home. In her free time, Cinthia enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying parks around the neighborhood with her two daughters, traveling around the world, reading and learning French.
